“My parents were hoping to downsize their house and lives, so we set up an appointment and toured this facility after looking at almost everything available in the greater Burlington area. As we walked into the unit we were shocked at the large, well thought out, sun-lit areas the living spaces offered, and even more surprised to find it was reasonably priced. We looked at many different models before deciding on the perfect size for my parents, and were impressed at how livable all the spaces were. The kitchens are large enough to really make the meals my mother enjoys cooking, and the open living space makes it possible for them to be surrounded with the possessions they know and love. The units are new and clean, painted with tasteful colors that are neutral to go with anything.
One of the top priorities for them in finding their next home was access to the outside, and this building encourages that with its community porch area, walking paths and beautifully landscaped surroundings. They have done quite a bit of exploring, and have discovered ‘a park next door’ with the large gardens of the Essex, along with the friendly goats who reside there.
The community kitchen was an exciting find, especially when we discovered it could be used to continue our large family gatherings when people visit. Mom and dad are looking forward to meeting their neighbors at the community breakfasts and happy hour. I don’t live in the area, but feel such gratitude knowing that my parents are living in this community.”
