Thank you for your interest in The Residences! At the core of our community is the concept that luxury resort, residential living can be combined with active senior-oriented activities. Give our location adjacent to a continuing care campus, our community offers you a luxury resort lifestyle today, while offering the option for longer-term care on the same campus. We offer an aging in place model, with amenities and lifestyle that are unmatched in New England.
With only 27 luxury apartments, The Residences offers an exclusive lifestyle to a small group of residents while featuring a robust model of services and assistance. Our full-time staff is dedicated to assisting with coordination of home healthcare services, luxury amenity services, in-house physical and occupational therapy, activities and general maintenance items. Designed to make living worry free while having all the benefits of living in a luxury resort, The Residences has a long list of included amenities as well as additional options to make the experience all inclusive.
Ala-cart access to the spa and restaurant are added benefits that are not offered any place else in the region. Our fixed daily pricing for resort dining offers a culinary experience that is unique and unmatched anywhere else.
