Raise your culinary experience to new heights while enjoying the “chef prepared from scratch” meals to satisfy even the most-hungry of appetites. Order directly from the seasonal and daily menu (no restrictions) and enjoy unique appetizers, scrumptious entrees, and delectable desserts by signing up for our customized meal plans.
Your dining plan, which is renewable monthly, consists of a minimum of three days of fine dining which includes three meals daily, breakfast, lunch, and dinner (nine meals monthly in total per person). The initial nine meals may be spread throughout the month to accommodate your schedule (e.g., you may have breakfast one day, lunch another etc.). Of course, should you prefer you may increase the number of days on this plan to suit your needs and may purchase five days, ten days, or up to thirty-one days in any given month as long as meals are consumed during the month purchased.
The meal choices provided offer a variety of farm-to-table cuisine prepared as ordered to complete your dining experience. Enjoy a platter of warm olives, andouille corn dogs or Oxtail Poutine to start your experience, enjoy a charred fig and arugula salad squash bisque or seafood chowder, and finish up with a demi seabass with king oyster mushrooms or even a Venison filet with juniper and spruce tip demi .
A favorite dish among our vegetable lovers is the roasted vegetable ravioli with roasted walnuts, aged balsamic vinegar and finished with Pecorino Romano. Add a home-made prepared daily dessert and your culinary experience will be complete. Regardless of your taste preferences, you are certain to find offerings that tantalize your taste buds.
2020 pricing equates to approximately 54.00 per diem for the three day package per person. Tips and alcohol are not included in this offering.
